Peka Peka Holiday Beach House layout concurs the stay to face both, for the east hill and to the sea in the zone the west. This allows of sun in house all the day, for the passive solar heating of the reinforced concrete slab and to create a space to outside of the shelter on the east side that still to maintain to forts ties with western sight of the sea.
